(c) (d) All reasonable efforts will be made by the Company to fulfil delivery dates provided that reasonable notice of such date is given by the Buyer. Time is not the essence in the condition of sale.
Apart from bespoke items generally we take our best effort to despatch goods within 48 hours (subject to stock and availability). Delivery charge will not be charged for back orders due to item unavailability (only for UK mainland). Delivery charge will be charged for overseas customers for part orders. Orders placed on weekends will be processed on Mondays.
Goods are shipped using the next day service by 16.00 (99.8% in time delivery). Small orders will be shipped using Royal Mail 2-3 day service unless otherwise requested.

The appointment of carriers is at the Company’s sole discretion unless the Buyer indicates a specific carrier.
Any orders include Bespoke items will be shipped once the bespoke items are completed as a complete order unless otherwise requested. If requested to despatch in part orders the customer has to bare delivery charge for any split orders if value is below £150.00
We ship from Surbiton, London.
Shipping charge for Sheet items and some leather hides will be calculated once the items are being packed. The charge may base on volumetric weight or dead weight which is higher. Therefore please enquire for accurate delivery charge when placing the order (an option will be availabe to request shipping charge before checkout).
Our courier does not offer Saturday or Sunday delivery service.
Courier service is not provided on bank holidays. Therefore, allow extra day if estimated delivery date comes on a bank holiday.
