Return policy
The Company will not accept return of any Goods without its prior written consent. Where such consent is provided Goods shall be returned at the Buyer’s expense. Goods must be returned within 14 days of delivery. Credit for Goods returned will be provided by the Company at the Goods resale value, less a handling charge of up to 25%, provided that the Goods are returned in a condition suitable for resale within 7 days from date of invoice.
The goods should be in the original unopened packaging, and they should be in an undamaged, unworn and unwashed condition.
Bespoke items cannot be returned but if there is any manufacturing fault we will eccept the return.
Restocking fee
A restocking fee of £6.00 per item will be charged if the original packaging has been opened.
Return postage
Once E & E Accessories Ltd has provided written consent for the return, the goods shall be returned at the buyer’s expense.
After satisfactory inspection of the received returns by E & E Accessories Ltd, the company will make a refund within 14 days.
